Director
Tom Hume has over 20 years of marketing and brand-building experience with companies like Qwest, Sage Software, Gateway, Sprint and Verizon. He is currently oversees all North America Marketing for Toshiba's Digital Products Division.
Early in Tom's career he was the Director of Foundation Programs for The
Sigma Alpha Epsilon Foundation, an educational non-profit organization. Tom
has a masters degree in Communications Management from the Annenberg School
for Communications at the University of Southern California and an
undergraduate degree in Journalism and Communications from the University of
Wisconsin - Madison.
After his son, Parker was diagnosed with JM in the Fall of 2002, Tom and the rest of his family began raising awareness of JM and raising money for a cure. Tom is the father of 3 boys: Connor (age 15), Parker (age 13) and Cole (age 10). He is married to Shari Hume, who is also a co-founder of the Cure JM Foundation.
